The Short Version

I built TaskClock because I wanted a better way to track my own productivity. I have zero interest in selling your data, tracking you across the web, or doing anything "creepy" with your information. This is a hobby project, not a data-mining operation.

What Data is Collected?

  • Account Info: To create an account, I collect your email address. This is used only to identify you and let you log in.
  • Task Data: I store the tasks you write down, the projects you create, and the time durations you record.
  • Logs: Standard web server logs (like your IP address) are temporarily kept for security and to fix bugs.

How Your Data is Used

  • To keep your ToDo list synced across your devices.
  • To generate your Analytics and Reports dashboards.
  • To send you a password reset email if you forget it.

What I Don't Do

  • No Selling: I do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • No Tracking: There are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your Rights & Deletion

If you want to leave TaskClock, just let me know. I can manually delete your entire account and all associated task history from the database upon request. You can also delete your account using the button in the dashboard.
